Walton Station bridge artistic impression

New Bridge at Walton Train Station is on track!

Hopefully you've had the latest Walton Conservatives newsletter through your letter box - the big news was about the successful campaign with our local MP Dominic Raab to get a bridge for Walton Station so it's much more accessible (esp. for those in wheelchairs, with prams, or heavy items!). There will also be more security cameras to help tackle the spate of bike thefts we've sadly had recently.

Above is the first artist impression of what it will look like! Work has started on site already (you can see fences on the Hersham side) with the main works taking place over Christmas to minimise disruption. The bridge should be in service in spring, if all goes well!
