ULEZ

Incredibly disappointing news that Surrey County Council lost the ULEZ High Court fight to axe ULEZ expansion. ULEZ is unfair, hits the poorest, damages local businesses, and does little to tackle air pollution.

Mayor Sadiq Khan and Labour/Liberal Democrat London Assembly Members are wrong to push ahead without even consulting those affected. The campaign to stop ULEZ doesn't end - we will keep up the pressure and show the damage their policy will have. If you haven't already, sign the petition today: https://action.conservatives.com/stop-drivers-tax/.

Thank you to Cllr Tim Oliver, Leader of Surrey County Council, for leading the legal action against ULEZ - it's been deeply frustrating our Council, Elmbridge, didn't join the legal action (a consequence of Lib Dems being in charge) like many other councils did, such as Bexley, Bromley, Harrow & Hillingdon Councils.
