Hersham Centre

Thank you to the hundreds of people who replied to my recent letter about the proposed plans for 200 high-rise flats in the centre of Hersham. 85% of residents did not support the current plans, which shows the strength of feeling of Hersham residents.

These helpful Lego models, made by Sue from Save Hersham Centre, show the true scale of the plans. The Hersham Residents Association have been working tirelessly in protecting the village, and I know many of us are very grateful for all of their hard work.

The Lib Dems who run our council should never have listed this site for 200 units in their local development plan and left us in the position.

If you did not get a chance to reply to my letter, please let me know your views here.
