Another week, another Emergency Budget because Labour can’t get a grip on the economy. And who’s footing the bill? Hardworking people and small businesses across the country.

The facts are clear:

  • Labour’s National Insurance Jobs Tax is a direct hit on wages and employment
  • The OBR warns it will lead to lower pay, higher prices and 50,000 fewer jobs
  • Businesses are passing on higher costs to workers and customers
  • There's still no assessment of the damage from Labour’s job-destroying Employment Bill

After promising stability, Labour has delivered chaos, stagnation, and soaring taxes. Families are poorer. Businesses are struggling. Jobs are being lost.
